The camera module isn't turning on

In order for your Bird Buddy’s camera module to turn on and pair successfully, it needs to be sufficiently charged.

If you're experiencing this issue during the pairing process for your Bird Buddy module, we suggest you charge the module for at least 30 minutes before you start the pairing process again. Once the device is sufficiently charged and turned on, the LED indicator light will be blinking in blue (if the module is unplugged); this means you can initiate the pairing process via Bluetooth.

If your module is already paired and communicating with the internet & our photo servers and is now sufficiently charged, the LED indicator light will turn green for 2 seconds.
