Your Birdbuddy feeder comes with a durable stainless steel wire hanger designed to provide a secure and stable way to hang your feeder outdoors.
The triangular wire hanger is located inside the original Birdbuddy box, attached to one of the interior sides. Before you begin, remove the hanger from the box and follow the steps below to attach it to your feeder.
The triangular hanger attaches easily to the feeder and is ready to be installed by following the steps below.
Orientation: First, identify the front and back of the hanger. The front is longer than the back/rear side.
Guide the rear part of the wire into the back of the feeder's roof. If you're using the solar roof as well, no worries; the wire and charging cord will fit together snugly.
- Gently slide the front portion of the wire under the front part of the roof.
Note: If your Birdbuddy has a solar roof, do not slide the wire hanger between the solar roof and the feeder roof. The weight of the feeder should be supported by the feeder itself, not the solar roof. There is enough space between the solar roof cable and the back panel of the feeder to route the wire hanger without pinching the cable.
Your Birdbuddy feeder is now ready to hang out! Be it a shepherd's hook, a sturdy branch, or any reliable support, this practical new hanger ensures your Birdbuddy feeder remains securely in place while being accessible to your feathered friends.
