You can cancel your membership anytime and still enjoy all the premium perks until the end of your current membership period.
For example, if you cancel during the free trial, you will not get charged at all, and you will still enjoy all the perks until the end of the trial.
Cancelling in the webstore
If you don’t remember creating an account, no worries — one is automatically created when you place an order. Just click Reset password on the login page and follow the steps.

- To cancel your Premium membership on our website, please go to the login page: https://mybirdbuddy.eu/my-account/ and log in.
- Once logged in, navigate to the 'My Subscription' section on your account dashboard.

Click on "Cancel". Please note that you must initiate the cancellation through your Birdbuddy web store account at least 48 hours before the scheduled payment.
Cancelling within Birdbuddy app
- Open the Birdbuddy app
- Head over to Settings > Birdbuddy Premium.

Scroll down and either cancel your membership in the Details section:
Cancelling outside the app (App Store / Google Play)
If you purchased the membership through a third party, you'll need to venture into your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to cancel.
