Change Membership Payment Method


If your membership payment failed or you need to switch to a new payment method, you can update your payment details at any time through your Birdbuddy account.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your Birdbuddy account on our website: US store / EU store.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add payment method.
  4. Enter your new card details and save.
  5. Click Make default for your new method.
  6. Remove outdated or incorrect cards by clicking Delete Card.
 

What Happens After You Update a Payment Method?

If a membership charge previously failed, our system will automatically reattempt the payment every 12 hours, up to 5 total attempts.
Once a retry succeeds, your membership will reactivate automatically; no additional steps required.
 

If Your Membership Doesn’t Reactivate

If the charge still doesn’t go through after all retry attempts, or you’re unsure whether the update worked, please start a chat in the bottom right corner on our website, or in the app in the Help&Support section.
