To create your Birdbuddy account, you first have to download the Birdbuddy app from the app store suitable for your mobile device. By far the easiest way to get the app is to simply scan the QR code on your Birdbuddy box with your mobile device. You will be redirected to the suitable download option from there.

Once the app is successfully downloaded and installed on your device, you can begin your Birdbuddy journey! 

Creating an account

1. Tap Create an account, select either option:
   Start with a Birdbuddy, or I don't have a Birdbuddy, depending on whether you have your own Birdbuddy feeder.
   
   Then, select your preferred account option: either Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or a classic email & password account.
                                             
   
    

Logging in

Once you’ve created your account, you can log in whenever you want. Make sure you’re using the same method you used when you created your account. 

To log in, press the text at the bottom of the introduction screen: "Already have an account? Log in".

If you created a unique account with your email address, use the "Log in with Email" option, and select "Continue with" if you originally created the account via a third-party option.

  Provide your Birdbuddy's serial number (on the back of the camera, under the QR code, looks like this: 11000001234, so we can find your account more easily.
