If you've created an account on our web store (please note, this is separate from the Birdbuddy app) before placing an order, you can easily view your order history and manage memberships directly through your account.
An account is only created automatically if you already had a web store account before placing the order. Otherwise, checkout is completed without creating one.
To view your order history or manage your membership, simply visit our official website and look for the specified icon in the top right corner to log in.
