If you've created an account on our web store (please note, this is separate from the Bird Buddy app) before placing an order, you can easily view your order history and manage subscriptions directly through your account.
An account is automatically created for you only if you subscribed to a seed subscription during your purchase. For all other orders, your checkout would have been completed without creating a web store account, unless you made it prior to the purchase.
To view your order history or manage your subscription, simply visit our official website and look for the specified icon in the top right corner () to log in.

Orders can only be shipped to the US at this time. Currently, we are unable to ship to Canada and the rest of the world, but we are looking into ways to make Bird Buddy more widely available.

Issues with Delivery
- My order was delivered to the wrong address
- My order is being returned to sender and I’m not sure why. What can I do?
- My order was lost or stolen - the tracking page says it was delivered, but I do not have it
