Unsuccessful firmware update: low battery

In order for your Bird Buddy to install the required firmware updates, it needs a working Wi-Fi connection and needs to be charged sufficiently.

Battery level

It’s extremely important that the battery does not run out during the update itself, as this can cause serious malfunctions and even render your Bird Buddy module useless. You should charge the battery to at least 40% capacity before triggering the update again. We suggest you charge the module for at least 30 minutes before initiating any updates.
