Issues with establishing a Wi-Fi connection

It looks like the pairing process was stopped because the connection between your Bird Buddy and our servers was interrupted. In this case, complete the following steps

  1. Remove the camera module from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone (first, check if it has already appeared there; in case it's not listed there yet, you can skip this step.)

  2. Restore the camera module to factory settings. 
  3. Start the Wi-Fi provisioning from the beginning.

PLEASE NOTE: If the module is in charging mode (plugged in) that can potentially result in failed pairing. So the module should be disconnected from charging while paring at all times (but it's still important to make sure it has enough battery before you initiate the pairing process).
